The Steyrtal cycle path connects the mountains between Pyhrn and Priel with the 1,000-year-old town of Steyr - always accompanied by the clear waters of the Steyr. If you want to enjoy the route in one direction and return relaxed, use the cycle shuttle bus in 360° Alpenland. Your bike travels safely with you, you lean back and look back at the forests, meadows and gentle banks that make this cycle route in Upper Austria so special.
The cycle shuttle on the Steyrtal Cycle Path creates freedom in planning: cycle downstream in a sporty manner, stop for a cosy break or take a detour to one of the villages along the route - without having to think about the way back. This makes sustainable mobility a matter of course and your cycling holiday in 360° Alpenland even more flexible. Between the Kalkalpen National Park, green valleys and historic city flair, there is room for what counts: Time in the saddle, the wind in your face and the good feeling of having arrived.
The bike shuttle is an organised bike transport service along the Steyrtal Cycle Path. It takes cyclists and their bikes comfortably to selected starting points - ideal for anyone who wants to plan their route flexibly or save metres in altitude.
After prior registration, bikes and passengers are taken to agreed stopping points. From there, the tour continues individually - along the Steyr, towards the Kalkalpen National Park or to the town of Steyr.
E-bikes are welcome. The shuttle is designed for bikes of different types - from classic touring bikes to e-mountain bikes.
Early registration is required by the afternoon of the day before. This is the only way to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
