A wide variety of options ensure that you can harmonise body and mind and enjoy the beauty of the landscape at the same time.

Kneipp - naturally refreshing and healthy

Stimulate your circulation with the power of water, strengthen your immune system and revitalise your body and mind at the same time: Kneipp therapy is much more than just a short walk through cold water. The traditional health teachings of Sebastian Kneipp combine simple applications with great effects - from invigorating treading pools and arm baths to vitalising barefoot walks on natural paths.

Nature as an energy refuelling station - wellness for the soul

Wellness can mean many things. For some it is a massage, for others it is exercise in the tranquillity of nature.

Simply going out, taking a deep breath and leaving everyday life behind: Exercise in the fresh air is balm for body and soul. Whether walking, running, cycling or hiking in the midst of nature - being active outdoors gives us new energy, strengthens our well-being and allows us to experience the beauty of our surroundings more intensely.

Things to know about Kneipp & forest bathing

Kneipp follows the five pillars of Sebastian Kneipp - water, exercise, nutrition, medicinal plants and lifestyle. In 360° Alpenland, this becomes a natural health ritual: treading water in clear streams, arm baths with a view of alpine meadows, conscious steps along the Steyr.

Forest bathing - originally developed as "Shinrin Yoku" in Japan - focuses on mindful sojourns in the forest to reduce stress. In 360° Alpenland, it becomes a quiet walk through beech forests, accompanied by the scent of the earth and the soft rustling of your shoes.

The combination of cold water and quiet time in the forest corresponds to the holistic approach of the Kneipp teachings. In the 360° Alpine region, streams, forest paths and gentle mountain trails are often close together - ideal conditions for this combination.

The Kneipp teachings are based on a holistic understanding of health with clearly defined pillars. In addition, current research on natural and water treatments shows positive effects on stress regulation and circulation
