Food with character grows between the mountains in the south, the wide fields around Bad Hall and the fertile valleys along the Steyr and Enns rivers. Milk, cheese, eggs, meat, cider, bread, honey, herbs or seasonal vegetables - much of it is produced by hand, often for generations. What counts here is not quantity, but care.
