Here you will find a variety of running and walking routes for every pace - from relaxed valley laps and Nordic walking routes to challenging mountain runs with panoramic views.

Whether you are collecting your first kilometres or training specifically for the next marathon: the trails lead through towns, river valleys, forests, meadows and alpine pastures or up to panoramic heights. Well signposted, clearly structured and embedded in the nature of the southern 360° Alps.

The 360° Alpenland offers a variety of running routes for every fitness level. From leisurely walks along rivers to challenging mountain trails, there is something for everyone. There are both paved paths and natural trails.

Yes, the 360° Alpenland has a well-developed network of signposted hiking trails. Many of these paths are also suitable for running or walking. However, pay attention to the signposting and choose routes that suit your fitness level.

You can find information on running routes at the local tourist offices or on this website. Many routes are also stored in GPS apps.

The 360° Alpenland is a wonderful destination for running and walking at any time of year. In spring, nature blossoms, in summer the cool forests beckon and in autumn the colourful foliage offers a special experience. If the snow doesn't reach the valley in winter, you can even use some routes for a run in the cold season.

  • Rain jacket and trousers: The weather in the mountains can change quickly.
